Managed Services – Remote Care is the same service delivery as Total Care, without unlimited support. The foundation of The Four Pillars is in place and maintained by Neteam, allowing your in-house staff to handle the day-to-day support tasks, escalating to Neteam as needed. Because this contract is significantly less expensive, all support work is done through the designated staff person.
